As a native Texan, Annette has always had an intense
interest in history, particularly Texas history. This interest led to a
bachelor’s degree in the discipline. Hobbies she enjoys are music, art and
dance, reading historic novels, and watching sports, particularly college
football and Texas Rangers games.
Annette portrays Jane Long,
often called, The Mother of Texas. Annette also portrays Sarah Cockrell an
early Dallas businesswoman. She also helps demonstrate pioneer life skills
and crafts at many campsites. |
